No more social networking!

Comments

Hahaha. I've deleted myself from a number of social networking sites probably because I don't have the time for it. Even if I do sign up, I always make it private...and yes I only keep my emails and vox and facebook. I don't even use flickr for the time being. Lol
Wow. If only social networking sites weren't so damn addictive... lmao.

Is that Milo ice cream????? Because if it is... wow... I didn't know! I love the drink!

Yeah? I've kept everything private too - yet he managed to find all accounts! No joke, he hunted right there in front of me and the class! It's amazing what people can do - a lot of my IT friends do that for fun !

You'd be surprised!

Haha, addictive indeed, but then I could never keep up. I can't even handle Vox! Time poor, procrastination hungry yahnooo!

And ya, gobbled that Milo Icecream up *damnnit* -but it was guudeeeee

Well, first of all, why is ur teacher doing this for a business strategy class? what is his point, man????

and secondly, u shouldn't worry abt this because a lot of people out there could be using the same nickname as u, right? plus, i don't really see how he can actually dig info on that student, especially pics - if ur blog eg vox blog is visible only to neighbours.

and ur vox blog is public, u know...if ur worried, u can always make ur posts visible only to ur neighbours..

Business strategy - it relates to company and the strategy to undertake the best employers (partly HR work too). And it related to ethics in terms of business strategies too etc...

As for Myspace and such, I wasn't worried as such but more amazed and what he managed to find, you'd be surprised, he did it in front of us with my usual username and apparently there are not a lot of people with the same name.

Plus, I know my Vox is public - but I don't mind because i know what I'm writing about = )

I wanted to delete all the other social networking sites that I've applied to because even if I wasn't using them I was still very 'traceable'!

But it's not a do or die thing - it's good for people to socially network it keeps you in the loop and in touch with friends, but because of an 'issue' I had a few years back, I still want to remain untraceable ya know?

OMG. My friend said it's difficult to achieve this but it's possible..

so maybe u can ask ur teacher to show u guys how he specifically did it? Lollll.................
[this is good]
It definitely gives you pause to think - and most if not all of your information is left on these sites even though you've deleted your account. Much like email which they say is still on servers even after you've deleted it . . . .
